7-Day Return Policy:

We accept returns within 7 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return Process:

1. Initiate Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@sanvikhandicrafts.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions on how to return the item.
3. Package Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging along with any accessories or documentation that came with it.
4. Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Please ensure that the item is adequately protected to prevent damage during transit.
5. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria.
6. Refund or Exchange: If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment or provide an exchange for a replacement item, as per your preference.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Customized or personalized items.
• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered from their original condition.
• Items purchased during clearance or final sale events.

Cancellations:

Once an order has been made, this cannot be cancelled so please take care when making your selection.​

Damaged or Defective Items:
